Despatch & Delivery

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS: Orders placed before 1pm MON-FRI are despatched the same day subject to stock availability and security checks. ALL ORDERS require a signature on delivery so please ensure you supply a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. (Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers)

1. Standard Delivery: - £2.00. Orders should arrive within 2-4working days of the order being placed and payment clearing.

2. Next Day by 1pm: -£6.50 This service is available MON-THURS. Orders must be received by 1pm to enable us to process for next day delivery. Please note Next Day by 1pm delivery is not available for remote areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

3. Next Day - SATURDAY by 1pm: - £7.99

We rely on the accuracy of the delivery address you have provided, please check it carefully. If an order remains undelivered we shall email you for further instructions.

EUROPE Delivery: Airmail -£7.99 Orders will be sent by airmail. Please allow 4-7 working days for delivery A signature will be required at the delivery address.

USA & Worldwide: Delivery: -£10.99 Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery, depending on which country you are sending to. A signature will be required at the delivery address.

Should you experience any delay of your order, please tell us, we need to know!

Please also note that during times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Overseas Orders

Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for products featured on the Secret-treats website, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company. (Please also note that if you place a pre-order with us the exchange rate may vary significantly from the time you place the order to the time when we charge the transaction to your credit card.)
